Overview
The CladRysk® Collections app enables Financial Institutions to track all default loans with relevant details, and perform actions from anywhere, anytime.
It facilitates the field agents to update, track and monitor collections-related activities. It also provides the facility to view all the relevant loans with complete details, assign/reassign the loans, update follow-up calls, and field visit details. This application can be installed on mobile phones and tablets and serves as a medium to ensure real-time tracking & monitoring of delinquent loans, collection & recovery activities, and performance monitoring.
